Bagels
1 Cup Almonds - soaked for 4 hours
1 Cup Cashews - soaked for 4 hours
1/2 Cup Sultanas
3/4 cup flax seeds
1 Cup Psylliun Husk
1 garlic clove
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Chopped Rosemary
40g Coconut Yoghurt
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 Cup pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 carrots - grated
1/3 Cup sunflower seeds
Blend soaked nuts in a blender
Add all remaining ingredients and mix
divide into 8 portions and mould into bagels
Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 40 minutes
