Butter Beef
This is my take on Butter Chicken - but instead of chicken, I use the beef that is left over from my Bone Broth.
Now - the picture is pretty basic, but I felt it really reflected how simple it is to make this meal.

Make Bone Broth (see the Bone Broth recipe on Frugal Living Resources - password given at the class)

Take the meat from your Bone Broth and shred or cut - or - use slow cooked beef that you've done previously
150ml coconut cream
3 or 4 roughly cut tomatoes or 150ml homemade pureed tomatoes (or2tbs tomato paste & 120ml water)
2 heaped Tbs of Curry Paste or use the following:
1/2 large brown onion
1tbs grated ginger
3 cloves garlic - chopped finely
salt and pepper to taste
1tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
and if you like it hot - add a whole frozen or preserved chilli to the mix.
My family don't like their food too hot as it causes inflammation in the gut - so be careful.

I like the crunch of the onion and I want the garlic and ginger to be as fresh as possible on my tongue, so I put all of the ingredients in together and only cook until it is warmed through.

Easy.
Serve with Cauliflower Rice or Jasmine Rice
