Chocolate Chia Breakfast Pudding
This is a really easy breakfast or dessert that leaves you feeling full and nourished.

1/4 Cup Chia Seed
400ml Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Cacao Powder
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
1tsp Vanilla Essence
Pinch Sea Salt
1/4 cup Cacao Nibs
​
Combine all ingredients into a large jar and refrigerate overnight .
​
Scoop into jars and serve with coconut yoghurt, blueberries and slithered almonds.
