1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 & 1/4 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
2 Grated Apples
3 Tbs lemon Juice
2 Tbs Dried Fruit
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup toasted walnuts

Put all ingredients (except walnuts) into a bowl and soak overnight in the fridge.

When you're ready to eat, add the walnuts.
